Laurie Onorio has been building, managing, and leading coalitions and issue advocacy campaigns for nearly 20 years in over 25 states on state and federal issues. Her experience further includes state-based lobbying, public policy design, grant making, and political campaign consulting. This varied experience across the issue and political spectrum allows Laurie unique perspectives that allow for 360 degree thinking for power mapping, scenario planning, stakeholder engagement, and campaign and strategy development.
Laurie founded The Advocacy Shop in 2014 while also leading a multi-million dollar Strategic Communications division, including digital advocacy, public relations, professional development/media training, and videography departments, of an Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Company for three-years running.
Laurie has been trusted through the years by large and small organizations including Tesla, Nationwide, Global Automakers Association, Professional Engineers, eye surgeons, and has led the grant making and state issue strategy for a major foundation for nearly a decade.

Dr. Tracie Egger is a passionate advocate for people and leadership development, specializing in group training, leadership coaching, team building, and professional development. She is certified to facilitate programs such as Blanchard's Situational Leadership II and Coaching Essentials, Wiley's DiSC, The Five Behaviors, and is a Leadership Practices Inventory Coach.
With a significant career in agriculture, she served as the assistant director in the Office of Academic Programs at Purdue University College of Agriculture from 2001 to 2019. During this time, she led recruiting efforts and played a pivotal role in launching the Leadership Development Certificate Program. She also advised the Purdue Ag Ambassadors.
Following her academic career at Purdue, Dr. Egger decided to further pursue her passion for personal development. She took on the role of Learning and Development Lead at AgReliant Genetics, with its headquarters in Westfield, IN. Leveraging her extensive experience in agriculture, she is frequently sought after to deliver executive coaching and lead leadership training workshops across North America.
Her educational journey includes degrees from Lake Land College, Purdue University, and Oklahoma State University. Dr. Egger is committed to helping individuals recognize their strengths and grow as professionals, emphasizing experiential learning and professional development.
